This policy describes how digital services and physical products are delivered, estimated deadlines, tracking, customer responsibilities and operational limitations.
Digital service delivery
Digital services are delivered in the customer panel, order details, status updates, technical response, file, code, access release, supplier note or API response. Displayed deadlines are estimates and may vary due to queue, validation, supplier instability, maintenance or manual review.
Required delivery data
Each service may require specific fields such as IMEI, serial, model, country, carrier, username, password, files, technical notes or custom fields sent by the supplier API. Delivery depends on correct and complete data.
Physical product delivery
When the physical store is enabled, physical products are delivered according to the provided address, stock availability, approved payment, picking, shipping and tracking. Deadlines may vary by carrier, region, holidays or local restrictions.
Tracking and proof of delivery
The tracking code, when available, is shown in the order details. For digital services, proof of delivery may be completed status, delivered file, supplier response, generated code or API history.
Delays and delivery failures
Delays may occur due to risk review, inconsistent data, supplier unavailability, payment failure, security hold or API instability. Support may request additional information.
Support channels
Requests related to this policy must be submitted through the platform’s official channels, preferably from the authenticated customer panel. When applicable, include the order number, account email, payment identification, screenshots, files or technical details needed for review.
